STUDIO ADMINISTRATOR - PART-TIME

Location: Brentwood, Calgary (In-person required, some remote possible)
Hours: 8–16 hours/week. Flexible schedule, but must include Mondays and Fridays

🛠️ THE ROLE

We’re hiring a highly organized, reliable, and kind-hearted Studio Administrator to help keep our Calgary studio running smoothly. This is a key support role — perfect for someone who thrives on structure, loves ticking boxes, and wants to be part of a hardworking and fun team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Packaging + shipping orders with care and accuracy

• Managing customer communication (emails, repairs, exchanges)

• Wholesale + consignment logistics

• Handling studio restocks and light inventory management

• Light website updates and backend admin (Shopify, Monday, etc.)

• Optional: Assist with jewellery production if interested
